1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ZK Web Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Provided

ZK Web Solutions provides custom web development, SEO consulting, and cloud hosting solutions. The specific scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, ZK Web Solutions retains the rights to all underlying code frameworks and methodologies used in development. Upon full payment, the client is granted a license to use the final digital asset for its intended purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

ZK Web Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our digital products, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
