2. Services Provided

We specialize in custom web development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, mobile applications, and digital business management integrations. Specific project details, deliverables, timelines, and costs will be outlined in a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) provided to the client before project commencement.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects, clients agree to:

• Provide necessary access to existing hosting, domain registrars, and brand assets.
• Deliver required content (text, images) in a timely manner.
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed-upon timeframes.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, full ownership rights of the delivered software, custom code (where applicable), and design assets transfer to the client. ZK Web Solutions reserves the right to showcase the completed work in our digital portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ZK Web Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
